What does an Area Manager do?As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, you have personnel responsibility for a group of collective employees who deliver our services to customers. Your primary focus is to ensure that your employees thrive, develop, and have the right conditions to deliver world-class customer service – every day.
You lead, coach, and follow up with your team, actively work with resource planning, scheduling, and skills development, and are responsible for ensuring that staffing is always optimized. To create long-term satisfaction and a sustainable work environment, you work proactively to ensure that the next day's schedule is always fully functional.
In this role, you handle daily questions and issues from both employees and customers, acting flexibly, efficiently, and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for onboarding new customers into the schedule, planning ahead, and conducting interviews for upcoming recruitments.
Together with your team, you work to create profitable growth in the area, including everyone in the common goals and building a strong team spirit.

We would like you to have:A few years of experience working closely with customers and relationship building
A strong interest in personnel management
Experience from a broad role in a fast-paced environment with many tasks
Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
The position is a parental leave cover starting in April or May 2026. The contract initially extends for one year - but there are opportunities for extension. Selection and interviews are ongoing – so please submit your application today.
